14 Sept 2017 – Ubu delighted to join team masterplanning Mary Hare School for the Deaf

Ubu are delighted to have been appointed to partner Architecture PLB on the development of a new primary school and campus wide masterplan for Mary Hare school for the deaf in Newbury, Berkshire. The landscape led scheme set within the estate parkland, occupies a sensitive location within the North Wessex Downs AONB. Ubu are undertaking a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment in order to identify and seek to mitigate the effects of the development on the landscape and visual receptors in and surrounding the site and this will inform our comprehensive landscape strategy for the site.  Ubu are also providing Arboricultural and Ecological services for the development.
