20 July 2020 – One Bayshill Road receives a Housing Design Award!

One Bayshill Road, Cheltenham has received another award….this time a ‘Good Neighbour Award’ in the Housing Design Awards!

These Awards have been running since 1948 and were initially set up to reward better quality post war housing. They are also the only awards promoted by all five major professional institutions of RICS, RIBA, RPTI, Landscape Institute and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

One Bayshill Road development for Pegasus Life is a unique development of 50 luxury apartments in the sought after area of Montpellier in Cheltenham.  Working alongside Glenn Howells Architects and landscape contractor Sky Garden, our design was inspired by the distinguished streets of Montpellier, aiming to unite the traditional and modern buildings with an array of hard and soft landscaping and to mirror the high quality of the buildings.
