Clapham Place, London
Ubu Design are working with Regal London to provide the landscaping for a new development of apartments and penthouses located in the heart of Clapham. Comprising of 16,000 sq ft of net office space at ground and basement level, with 8 floors of residential space above offering 50 luxurious one, two and three bedroom apartments and boasting excellent connections into the city and beyond.
Working in Revit we have developed the planting and hard materials detailed design for 2 communal garden terraces, one a play area for under 5’s and one with a social focus, with outdoor entertaining in mind. Additional we have detailed 2 small ground floor courtyards/ breakout spaces as well as a suite of private terrace planters. Working closely with the architects, landscape contractor and developer to deliver a well coordinated stunning design, to provide a rich and varied vertical amenity.
Piper Whitlock Architects will be leading the planning, detailed design and construction phrase of this new mixed use building in London.
