9 Feb 2018 – St Paul’s Way, Tower Hamlets

Ubu are pleased to have been appointed to design the public realm and external areas for a residential and mixed use scheme in St Paul’s Way, Tower Hamlets, comprising 45 homes, community spaces and roof top play areas. The site is a former doctor’s surgery and the development forms part of the broader programme of regeneration for the neighbourhood. 

Ubu are working closely alongside Architecture PLB, and full planning will be submitted at the end of May.
