1 October 2022 – Cranleigh Coves is now complete!

Renaissance Cranleigh Coves, a new later living development in Cranleigh, Surrey, is now complete.

The development comprises of 12 one and two-bedroom apartments and two chalet bungalows, each with spacious living areas, beautifully appointed modern kitchens, stylish bedrooms, and bright, modern bathrooms.

Offering elegant and contemporary living in the beautiful rural setting of Cranleigh village, located on the northwest corner of the Weald close to the Winterfold Forest.

The development was designed by Re-Format Architects for Renaissance, part of the Lifestory group. Each apartment features a balcony or a terrace to enable light to flood in, with large windows, flowing layouts and stylish fixtures and fittings.

Ubu designed the landscape and all the apartments have access to beautifully landscaped shared grounds. Great consideration has been paid to shared spaces, and the community has an airy and tranquil shared lounge, a social kitchen and outdoor seating area which includes a specially installed Book Bench. Shaped like an open book, this sculpture will be decorated by local artists and will form part of the shared seating area in the community.

The two chalet bungalows each have a private garden and a garage and there are also 19 parking spaces available.
