We are delighted to see one of our projects, Baker Place, in the June edition of RIBA journal.

Baker Place was shortlisted for the RIBA North West Award in March this year.

Ubu worked alongside OMI Architects and designed the landscape for this social housing development in Royce Rd, Hulme, Manchester, which consisted of 67 two-bedroom apartments.

A strong emphasis was placed on the well being of residents through a focus on landscape and generous private and communal external spaces, including a landscaped communal courtyard.  The overall landscape design approach and attractive planting scheme has really helped to bed the new blocks into the surrounding streetscape and deliver a great landscape for residents.
