2 December 2022 – Plans submitted for The Endeavour Co-operative Academy

Planning has now been submitted and the consultations are open for the redevelopment of the Endeavour Co-operative Academy in Brentwood, Essex. 

Ubu have provided the landscape design for this new SEN school which will include improved parking, a habitat area, external learning area, courtyard and a new MUGA.

Haverstock Architects have designed this new SEN school which will create a special environment for 120 pupils with MLD.

Proposals include the demolition of all existing buildings and the construction of a modern new school building.  The existing buildings are in poor condition and are expensive to run and maintain. The redevelopment will therefore provide a modern, efficient building to better meet the needs of pupils and staff.

Galliford Try are the construction partner, with demolition works scheduled to start in spring 2023.
