Plans have now been submitted to North Warwickshire Borough Council for The Wall of Answered Prayer.

The Wall of Answered Prayer is a visionary project to create a new dramatic and inspirational landmark in the UK, a piece of public art of national significance. It will be constructed of a million bricks, each representing an answered prayer.

The landscape wraps around the wall allowing it to rise majestically into the sky and enabling people to move and explore along a number of paths delivering you to viewing points which will provide a views from a variety heights and locations. It should be visible from the M6 and M42 motorways, the planned HS2 rai line and aircraft coming in and out of Birmingham Airport.

The planning application outlines the project’s associated visitor centre and public open space, including a car park and landscaped gardens.

Construction is due to start in December 2020 for completion in 2022 ahead of the Birmingham Commonwealth Games.
