23 November 2023 – UBU Design joins STAT Holdings

UBU Design Ltd is pleased to announce its acquisition by Stat Holdings Ltd.

UBU was founded in 2014 and works on projects across the UK within a broad range of sectors including housing, education, large scale retail, commercial, urban and public realm. This new collaboration marks a significant milestone in UBU’s journey and opens up new avenues for growth and collaboration.

Mark Johnson, the founding director of UBU said, “It’s great to be joining Stat Holdings Ltd.  This exciting move will give increased stability to UBU Design and will help to facilitate a strategy of steady growth over the medium to long term”.
