24 July 2019 – St Paul’s Way, Tower Hamlets

Planning permission has recently been granted for St Paul’s Way development in Tower Hamlets.  Ubu were appointed to design the public realm and external areas for this residential and mixed use scheme in Tower Hamlets, working closely alongside Architecture PLB.  The scheme will provide 23 mixed-tenure homes for local residents, community spaces and roof top gardens.

The site is a former doctor’s surgery and the development forms part of the broader programme of regeneration for the neighbourhood, which is a 10 year vision to improve the quality of life in Tower Hamlets.
