4 Dec 2018 – Planning approval for Ubu scheme on challenging sites

Ubu are delighted to report that planning consent has been received for gas fuelled embedded generation facilities at Botley Road in Hampshire and Hoon Hay in Derbyshire. The applications received only one objection and the decision was taken by the planning officer under delegated powers, so a fantastic outcome on challenging sites. Ubu were commissioned by REPD Ltd to undertake landscape and visual impact assessment of both sites for the proposed facilities which will support the local and national grids.
