4 November 2024 – Joanna Waterfield joins the UBU Management Team

We are thrilled to announce that Joanna Waterfield has joined UBU as Director after over 20 years in Private Practice.

After graduating in Landscape Architecture from Kingston University, Jo worked for Barton Willmore and EDAW in Australia before moving to Hyland Edgar Driver where she was responsible for the design and implementation of a wide variety of schemes both abroad and in the UK.

Jo’s project experience spans leisure, retail, residential, commercial and education including urban design and master planning. In previous roles, projects have included regeneration schemes within Salford, Manchester, a flagship waterfront development for Southampton and a number of mixed use, residential and education schemes across London and the South-East.

Jo enjoys working collaboratively to provide high quality and sustainable landscape design and brings to the UBU team a strong commercial design and project management background, with extensive experience of delivering schemes from concept through to completion on site.
