Bishop Grosseteste University

Bishop Grosseteste University (BGU) is situated in Lincoln in the East Midlands.

This new student village includes 293 townhouses and cluster flats across almost 90,000 sq ft and seven buildings ranging from one to four storeys.

The Student Village was designed by Architects Church Lukas, with UBU crafted landscape and offers modern amenities to a high standard, including communal green spaces, a cinema room and 24/7 reception, designed to enhance student life.

Leading sustainability credentials were also integrated within the development, including a +10% Biodiversity Net Gain.

This development is a key part of BGU’s broader growth plan, complementing their existing on-campus accommodation.
