Huge congratulations to our CAD and BIM Technician, Muayad Al-Barwani, who has achieved a Distinction in his MSc in Building Information Management (BIM) from the University of Portsmouth!

Muayad, known as Moe, shared: “BIM has been a huge interest of mine for some time, and achieving an MSc in BIM has been part of my personal goals. UBU have supported me through this journey both personally and professionally, which I am very grateful for. Implementation of BIM is a massive part of a modern workflow. Having studied modules and completed my research topic on ‘Governance, Ethics and Implementation of Generative AI Tools in Landscape Architecture’, I hope to share key insights of the new technology with the UBU design team and help to upskilling our design process.”
