Ubu have provided the landscape design for this new SEN school in Brentwood, Essex which will include improved parking, a habitat area, external learning area, courtyard and a new MUGA.

Haverstock Architects have designed this new SEN school which will create a special environment for 120 pupils with MLD.

Proposals include the demolition of all existing buildings and the construction of a modern new school building, with Galliford Try as the construction partner. The existing buildings are in poor condition and are expensive to run and maintain. The redevelopment will therefore provide a modern, efficient building to better meet the needs of pupils and staff.
