2nd April 2018 – Green light for Carter’s Quay

We are delighted to report that Carter’s Quay in Poole has been given the green light by Planners, and construction is therefore likely to begin in 2019.  Ubu Design were commissioned by Inland homes to develop an inspiring public realm design to wrap around a new piece of architecture by John Pardey Architects, for a new waterfront development in Poole Quays of 161 units, and to design a central communal garden space on the first floor, for residents to enjoy.
