Royce Road (pictured left) and Leaf Street (below) are social housing developments collectively known as Hulme Living, and Ubu are delighted to have been working on both schemes with acclaimed architects. Royce Road, designed by OMI, consists of 67 two-bedroom apartments and is now fully occupied. The strong overall landscape design approach and attractive planting scheme has really helped to bed the new blocks into the surrounding streetscape and deliver a great landscape for residents.
