Sparkford House is progressing well on site with the first modula units being installed. Sparkford House is a new purpose-built student accommodation situated in the heart of Winchester that includes a range of studios from Standard to VIP, with spacious communal lounges.  Ubu have designed a compact landscape that will assist in bedding the building into the existing surrounding mature landscape which included a number of TPO trees. With two accesses on ground and first floor level we have designed the landscape to work with the steep sloping site maximizing the site opportunities and providing level access. With cycle parking to the rear we have provided a planting scheme that helps to minimize views into the site and provide a naturalistic landscape for the students.
