St Paul’s Way

This mixed scheme contributes to the Tower Hamlets Community Plan, a 10 year vision to improve the quality of life in Tower Hamlets.

This project will provide 23 mixed tenure homes for local residents. Generous community spaces on the ground floor will contribute to the area and create an engaging street frontage.

The Landscape approach helps to nestle the scheme into its context, with paving planting and cycle parking configured to create a practical and engaging public realm.

The First Floor roof garden has been developed to provide an informal play space and community garden offering a semi private space for residents.
