17 May 2019 -Student Accommodation Block, Guildford

Working closely with Flanagan Lawrence Architects and Third Revolution Projects, we are excited to have received planning permission for Walnut Tree Close, a 5 storey student accommodation block in Guildford . We are aiming to be on site in the next 6 months with completion in 2020.  We are looking forward to delivering another successful project with Stelling Properties.

Providing approximately 3,500 sq.m of space the scheme includes 90 studio apartments, a range of internal and external communal amenity spaces and an enhanced landscape setting responding to the dual frontages of Walnut Tree Close and The River Wey.
