The Elements

Situated adjacent to the River Hamble and located within wildlife rich meadows, The Elements is a private new build house which was completed in early 2017. The landscape surrounding the property was designed by Ubu using the path of the sun to carve out three garden zones, grouping lifestyle activities in order to ensure maximum light. The leisure facilities including pool and tennis court receive strong morning light, the central courtyard accessed from the entire ground floor is a sun trap at midday, and in the afternoon the sun moves across to the third zone where summer dining and barbequing take place.
