Ubu are very excited to see that our housing scheme for Winchester City Council,  New Homes Delivery Team has started on site. The scheme will provide 77 new homes, with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats; 2 and 3 bedroom houses and a 3 bedroom bungalows,  on a very steep challenging site in Stanmore, Winchester.  We have designed a contemporary and robust landscape that knits the new development into the existing open parkland. In addition improvements are proposed to the footpaths across the Valley and to the remaining open space.

Drew Smith have been appointed to undertake the pre-construction contract work, under its parent company Galliford Try.
