13 June 2026 – Rowan Wood School now complete
UBU is delighted to see Rowan Wood School in Greenwich complete and ready to welcome pupils.
Designed to provide specialist education for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), the new school will offer a high-quality learning environment supported by carefully designed external spaces.
UBU was proud to provide the landscape design for the project, creating outdoor areas that encourage learning, play, wellbeing and biodiversity. Thoughtfully designed landscapes play an important role in specialist education settings, providing opportunities for outdoor learning, social interaction and connection with nature.
It is always rewarding to see a project progress from the initial design stages through to completion, and to know the finished environment will have a lasting positive impact on the people who use it.
Congratulations to Galliford Try, Price & Myers, Eight Versa, Design MEP, Haverstock, Hatton Planning and the wider project team on delivering this fantastic new facility.
