1 May 2026 – University of Southampton Science Park Shortlisted in South Coast Property Awards

We’re pleased to see another finaliset in the South Coast Property Awards with UBU landscape!

The Science Park has been shortlisted in two categories:

• Commercial Landlord of the Year
• Property Business of the Year

UBU delivered the landscape design for the scheme, helping to create a high-quality environment that supports innovation, collaboration and wellbeing across the campus. Southampton Science Park is the only commercial space in the Solent region that is dedicated to the needs of science and technology businesses.

The awards recognition reflects the ongoing investment in the Science Park and the wider team effort involved in shaping a successful business community and workplace destination.
