24 April 2026 – Winnall Flats Shortlisted for Central South Business Awards

We’re pleased to share that the Winnall Flats scheme in Winchester has been shortlisted in the Construction category at the Central South Business Awards.

UBU Design delivered the landscape design for this highly sustainable affordable housing development, working closely with the wider project team to create a welcoming, functional and environmentally responsive external environment for residents.

The scheme provided 73 flats and 3 houses in an enhanced landscape setting for Winchester City Council’s New Homes Delivery programme.

UBU’s landscape design improved the open spaces around the site, providing link footpaths and a new community garden to the south of the site.
