2 April 2026 – Bartlett Arboretum Shortlisted for South Coast Property Awards

We are pleased to share that the Bartlett Arboretum project has been shortlisted for the South Coast Property Awards 2026, with nominations in both Sustainable Development of the Year and Workplace Design of the Year.

UBU was delighted to contribute to this scheme, delivering the landscape design for a new research and education hub serving arborists across the UK and Ireland.

Set within a woodland setting, the project sits lightly within its surroundings while supporting high-quality research, workspace, and training facilities. A strong emphasis was placed on sustainability, careful detailing, and creating a meaningful connection between the built environment and the landscape.

This recognition reflects the strength of collaboration across the wider project team. We extend our congratulations to Snug Architects, alongside the consultants, contractors, and all those involved in bringing the vision to life.
