15 May 2026 – UNCLE Wembley Gardens receives a RIBA London Award

We are proud to share that UNCLE Wembley Gardens, designed by Howells, has received a RIBA London 2026 Award.

Ubu Design was pleased to deliver the landscape design for this landmark residential scheme, which has transformed a constrained and previously underused site within Wembley into a welcoming residential environment that contributes positively to the area’s evolving town centre.

Developed in partnership with HUB, Bridges Fund Management and UNCLE Living, the scheme provides 256 build-to-rent homes across a pair of distinctive residential towers, alongside high-quality communal spaces and public realm.

The RIBA judges described the project as “generous and architecturally ambitious”, recognising its success in reimagining overlooked backland as a place of civic and residential value.
